If you are not completely satisfied with your item Gioberti will either issue a refund or give an even exchange within 30 days of purchase at your request.

To request a return, please follow the below steps:

• Fill out a return slip ( provided for you in your original packaging ) Print out a return slip HERE
• Please mail your return to the below address

Return request will only be approved if all of the following are in place:

• All tags are attached to the garment
• Garment is in its original packaging
• Garment has not been worn or washed

Return shipping will be at customers own cost.
