How Long Does Shipping Take?

- If you are located in the United States, standard shipping takes anywhere from 4-7 business days depending on location.

What is the order processing time?

- Orders take anywhere from 12-24 hours to be processed depending on the time the order was placed.

Are orders processed on the weekend?

- Since our warehouse is closed on the weekends, no orders are processed until Monday morning.

Do you provide shipping information once shipped out?

- Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail providing tracking and order information.

How do I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

 Can I request an item to be gift wrapped?

- No, at the moment this is not available.

Do you ship internationally?

-Yes, international shipping is available.

- Please note, the duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost. The carrier will invoice the customer for the charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are gift cards available?
